Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus, hard part removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
sea salt, black pepper
lemon or lime juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F. Lay the asparagus in a single layer in a baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes tossing them one or two times until lightly browned. Squeeze lemon/lime juice on top of the asparagus before serving.
